5 Soft Processed Beef Recipes for Eid Dishes

  • 5 bay leaves
  • 1 turmeric leaf
  • 10 pieces of lime leaves
  • 5 lemongrass stalks
  • 1/2 stick of cinnamon
  • 3 cloves
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 flower anise

Ingredients are mashed together:

  • 65 grams of garlic
  • 125 grams of red onion
  • 15 grams of turmeric
  • 35 grams of ginger
  • 75 grams of galangal
  • 35 grams of hazelnut
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 cardamom
  • 1/4 nutmeg

How to make:

  1. Saute ground spices and roasted grated coconut. Stir well.
  2. Enter the bay leaves, lime leaves, turmeric leaves, and lemongrass. Cook until smells good.
  3. Enter the meat. Stir well.
  4. Pour in coconut milk. Stir well.
  5. Cook the rendang on low heat until the rendang dries.

2. Beef Soup

Materials:

  • 250 grams of beef, cut into cubes
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 spring onion
  • 700 ml of water
  • 5 carrots
  • 10 green beans
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 of cabbage
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon mushroom broth
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper

How to make:

  1. Boil the meat briefly, then remove the dirty water. Replace with new water, boil the meat again until half cooked. Do not throw this second cooking water into the meat because it will be used as a soup broth. Meanwhile, wash and chop all the vegetable ingredients.
  2. Boil the broth again. Add the beef and carrots. When the carrots are half cooked, add the green beans and potatoes. Boil until all vegetable ingredients are cooked. Add cabbage, tomatoes, spring onions, and celery leaves. Add salt, mushroom broth, and ground pepper. Taste correction. After all the ingredients are cooked and the spices are absorbed, remove and serve.

3. Lombok beef jerky

Ingredients for Stewing Meat:

  • 500 grams of beef, thinly sliced ​​against the fiber
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 3 cm galangal, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1.5 liters of coconut water

Softened seasoning:

  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 4 candlenuts
  • 2 cm ginger

Lombok seasoning ingredients:

  • 2 large red chilies
  • 5 curly red chilies
  • 6 shallots
  • 2 tbsp tamarind water
  • 4 tablespoons of beef stew
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • oil for sauteing

How to make:

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the meat stew. Cook with ground spices. Boil until the meat is tender (you can add water if needed). Strain and drain the meat. Set aside the water for boiling meat.
  2. Squeeze the meat until it’s flattened.
  3. Fry the meat briefly until lightly browned. Remove and drain.
  4. Grind large red chilies, curly red chilies, shallots, and salt. Saute until fragrant. Add tamarind water and boiled meat.
  5. Add the meat to the stir fry seasoning. Cook until the water is slightly reduced. Remove and serve.

4. Beef Steak

Materials:

  • 500 grams of beef, sliced ​​slightly thin
  • 600 ml beef broth
  • 2 bay leaves

Ground spices:

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 8 spring onions
  • 1 tsp pepper grains, puree
  • 1 segment of ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Other seasonings:

  • 3 cloves
  • 2 cardamom pods
  • 1 piece of cinnamon 3 cm long
  • 1 onion, cut into small cubes
  • 1 leek, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce / to taste
  • salt and sugar to taste

How to make:

  1. Wash and soak the meat until it is clean from blood. Slice of beef slightly.
  2. Boil the meat until cooked with 2 bay leaves. Drain the meat, strain the broth for later use.
  3. Saute ground spices until fragrant, add cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon. Saute again until the spices are fragrant and cooked.
  4. Enter the boiled meat and the broth. Enter brown sugar, sweet soy sauce, salt and sugar to taste.
  5. Cook until boiling for about 15 minutes.
  6. Add the onions and spring onions when the water starts to thicken. Stir well. Cook again for about 5 minutes or until the sauce has shrunk enough. Lift.
  7. Beef steak is ready to serve with warm rice and a sprinkling of fried onions.

5. Tongseng Lonely Meat

Materials:

  • 200 grams of beef, wash and thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato
  • 50 grams of cabbage
  • 5 spring onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 segment of ginger
  • 1 turmeric segment
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar, combed
  • 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 5 pieces of cayenne pepper
  • 4 candlenuts
  • salt, pepper, and water to taste

How to make:

  1. Puree shallots, garlic, ginger, turmeric, and hazelnut.
  2. Heat a little oil in a skillet. Saute ground spices until fragrant.
  3. Enter the beef. Sauté until it changes color. Add enough water. Let it boil.
  4. Add salt, brown sugar, pepper and soy sauce. Taste correction.
  5. Add the tomato slices, cabbage, and bird’s eye chilies. Cook until the water is slightly reduced.
  6. Remove and serve.
