1. Regulate Breath
According to the psychologist Ikhsan, the easiest way to teach children to meditate is to regulate their breathing.
For example, invite the child to inhale slowly from the nose for 1-3 seconds, then hold for 4-6 seconds. After that, exhale slowly from your mouth on a count of 7 to 8.
2. Playing in Nature
Spending time playing in the wild is one of the most effective meditation tricks for children.

3. Reading Story Books
