Coffee Cause Anxiety

Several studies have shown that consuming more than 200 mg of caffeine (about two cups of coffee) can cause the possibility of anxiety and panic attacks in people who are sensitive to the situation.
“This is so strong that the anxiety disorder caused by coffee is a subclass in the DSM-5 diagnostic manual,” he added.
But the caffeine in coffee, which is the most commonly consumed psychoactive substance in the world, does not always react the same to everyone.
“Some people can tolerate a little caffeine and others are very sensitive to it. This is mainly based on your genetics. And people who are sensitive to the effects of caffeine can metabolize faster than others,” stressed Bowling.
If you tend to feel anxious after drinking coffee, regular consumption of caffeine can make you feel worse. Although there is no exact measure of the amount of caffeine that should be consumed by everyone, experts recommend drinking coffee in moderation to get the benefits of coffee.
