This combination of pain relief is more effective in relieving severe tension headaches, compared to pain relievers that contain only one ingredient.

To prevent ongoing tension headaches, you need to get enough rest, practice a healthy diet, exercise regularly, and avoid triggers for tension headaches, such as stress and fatigue.
