Home Work Options
If you want to work at home, step 1 the options available to you.
Let’s start with some basic principles. There are only TWO things you can do at home, yes, just TWO.
You can run telecommunications or you can run a business. It’s TWO.
Teleworking – This means that you are hired by an employer, and that employer is open to working your work from any few hours a week to full-time. Some people work in the office in the mornings, in the afternoon at home. Afternoon at home, allow them to pick up their children, start dinner, etc. While they work too. Some people work in the office every other day. It allows them to bring in jobs, download jobs, be available for meetings, etc.
You are an employee. You are also paid per hour or per week.
The sentence I see most is: “I want to work at home, so I have more time with my children.” Find some people doing telecommunications. Their children are in day care, as they should work. They also end up more than 40 hours a week because they want to make sure they put them in for 40 hours and get ready for trips to the store, the trips to pick up children.
Telecommunication positions are very difficult to find. Most employers are not willing to work unattended. Reason, just look in the office. Surely how many employees give them a job? How much does hard work even when the boss is gone? How many come early in a few minutes and leave a few minutes on a consistent basis? Let’s compare it to how many people make personal calls? How Much Does It Take Extra Minutes on Their Lunch? How much is there to talk about the water machine? How many days do you dream and do not produce as much as they can / do? So, most employers are not willing to allow employees to work at home.
Again, talk to some people who work at home. Ask them to show what they have done to get this job done. Most will tell you that they have worked long before this arrangement. They will tell you that they know their work inside. They will tell you that they work more than 40 hours a week. They will tell you that they work alone. And they will tell you that they go to the office regularly.
There is no book of telecommunications companies. I’ve seen lots of ads for people to buy a book that is supposed to contain the names of companies that allow telecommunications. Those telecommunications employers did it with an existing employee. My sister’s telecommutes for HP. But she had her degree in computer science. She had a lot of company training and she worked there for 10 years. So writing down HP in a book and telling them that they are renting telecommunications is at best misleading, out and about in the worst. And you have to pay for that book.
A Business – To start, there are only TWO things you can sell. You can sell a product or you can sell a service. Look around your town. What are the businesses selling in your town? They all sell a product or service. A household business will be no different, you will sell a product or service. If you want to sell a service, look inside. What are your skills? Are you skilled with a word processor? If so, consider selling your word processing skills. Remember, skillful means close to perfect. I can use MS Word, but I couldn’t sell it as a service.
Have you already done bookkeeping or billing? If so, it’s something you can sell as a service again. Are your children older, at school all day? Consider a worship service. Heck, there are many days I feel I live in my car LOL. I always have books with me because I always wait for someone or something. Do a web search for worship and see what others are offering and at what fees.
Are you an expert with a sewing machine? If so, provide customization and care as a service. I’m only 5’2 “and both my kids are 5. We need everything that has changed. I’d love to bring it to someone’s home, to the dry cleaner, a small bathroom, etc.
with a product sales? you have you can even make the product a couple of choices, even just a few.. you can buy from a wholesaler, or you can buy from a direct selling company. it’s just so few choices.
If you to make the products look in. What hobbies do you have? What crafts you can make? Some people sell handmade or handcrafted items. Some sell homemade soaps and lotions. Some sell homemade jewelry. can you do it?
you can use a Search wholesaler for a search engine The empty one for any product you want to sell, there are wholesalers for just about anything imaginable. Do you want to contract with a direct sales company? a large database of their members, their members range from cosmetic companies, toy companies, clothing companies and everything in between. You do not have to pay to access this database.
Now for some scams. House meeting is a scam. There are exceptions. Sometimes a factory making items will advertise local employees. You go to the factory, fill in the application, meet them and get hired. There will NOT be a fee. You go down and get finished products. Meeting homework found on the Internet is SCAMS. Don’t believe me? Just find me two people doing it and making money. Just two. From anywhere in the US. Just two rek draw
and medical bills are the following areas where the scam artists prey. These are both legal occupations, but to rent you need to have training. The courses offered online may or may not be legal. What I can tell is that they don’t get you work. What they do send your lists of the yellow pages of your city, with doctors’ names and phone numbers for you to call. If you have a personal doctor, contact him / her. Ask for a consultation. Even if it’s $ 100 for the consultation, it’s $ 500 less than the software you might consider buying. Ask your doctor about his / her medical bills. Do they use someone at home? Will they hire someone who has never worked in the office? See what your doctor tells you. If it’s a career you want to follow, contact your local junior college, local college of commerce or local business college.
The final scams I want to mention are the process orders, and data entry at home. All the ads for home mailing, home ordering, etc. are all a variation of the same scam. You pay money. You get directions to place ads like the one you answered. You then receive a percentage each time you apply the next person. You TYPE or PROCESS their order. Nice game on words, huh? If it’s at home, gathering home, processing orders at home was fair, don’t you think we’d like to read more about people doing it successfully?
So while you have many options to offer to others, there are also many scams out there waiting to take your money.
