Pain In Shoulder and Neck, Marquez End MotoGP Test Faster
Windowofworld.com – Marc Marquez only completed seven laps on the official MotoGP test which took place at the Jerez Circuit, Monday (3/5/2021) yesterday. That is because there is a slight problem in the shoulders and neck.
Marquez’s physical condition has not fully recovered. But he continues to strive to push his strength so that he can be competitive again in the MotoGP arena.
Instead of wanting to restore his best condition, problems came back to Marquez. Yes, the racer nicknamed The Baby Alien seems to have new problems in his shoulders and neck after having a terrible accident in the third free practice session at the Jerez Circuit, last weekend.
“My body is no longer possible to continue. I have a problem with my neck and right shoulder,” said Marquez quoted from Corsedimoto, Tuesday (4/5/2021).
As a result of that problem, Marquez closed the testing session in 16th place. Although only seven laps were available for the Spaniard, he managed to test some of the components of his RC213V.
“I tried to take the test, but as soon as I woke up in the morning I saw that the whole right side was very blocked, from the neck to the right shoulder. The arm, after a race where there are many laps in a row, is more expensive, doesn’t work very well. and this leads to neck and shoulder congestion. ”
“I thought maybe today, when my body warms up, it will be better and I can try it. And I immediately realized that I was not fit to race. We talked to the team and we decided to stop the test,” concluded Marquez.
