Sweeney Todd Plot

To give you an idea of Sweeney Todd, some productions have used the title Sweeny Todd: The Demon Barber or Fleet Street. It appears that Benjamin Barker was incorrectly caught in Victorian England for a crime he did not commit to revenge. Barker (played by Depp) becomes Sweeney Todd and opens a Fleet Street barber shop. While in prison, his wife and child experienced violence on the hand of the terrible judge (Alan Rickman) and added fuel to Barkers’ fire. He gives his clients such full jerseys that when they enter the store they are never seen again; At least in the same form they entered. Thanks to Sweeney Todds accomplice, one day frightening Mrs. Lovett (Helena Bonham Carter) ends them in meat pie. To join this perfectly-played match, Timothy Spall is the judges and Coach as Sacha Baron Cohen as Barkers competition. In the regular style of Burton-Depp collaboration, Sweeney Todd is both terrific and fun.
